The Wizards and the Warriors
Strong men fight over stuff, and go on largely unplanned travel. Some of them are killed and eaten, killed by Turing to stone, dragged until dead… and various other things. There is also a drunken brawl and possession, sex, strange powers, blue beards and weapons that shed causality.
